Deborah Frances-White's first play - ESCAPE FROM EDEN - was selected by Christopher Hampton for The Cameron Mackintosh New Writing Festival. She then went on to sell her first screenplay, a quirky romantic comedy she co-wrote - THE WEDDING PACT - to Fox Searchlight. She sold her first screenplay pitch with her writing partners - EMPTY NESTERS - to Alcon and has just completed a thriller with them - FRIEND REQUEST - which is currently in development with Wendy Finerman in LA.
Her screwball comedy - SAY MY NAME - is currently being developed with Stephen Woolfendon to direct. She is also developing a teen drama, a sit-com and a a thriller series.
